Important Information Regarding Waiting Lists

Requests for Service often come in faster than our ability to process them. Matching your home up with an available spot on existing schedules can be complex and time-consuming.  Your ultimate long-term satisfaction with the cleaning service will be greatly influenced by how carefully and thoroughly we understand and respond to your needs.

Our Regular Service is designed for clients who wish daily, weekly or once very two weeks service on an on-going basis. (If your need is for occasional cleaning or for a term of less than three months, please see our Special Home Services Division).

In order to give your request our complete, undivided attention, there is an Administration Fee associated with establishing your account.  This fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with cleaning or cancel cleaning in the first month of service. The fee is applied as a credit to your cleaning account at the beginning of the second month of cleaning. Your service agreement is fully open to cancellation, at any time, with two weeks notice.

Payment Options

With Windsor, you purchase a package of hours.  The more hours you purchase, the lower the cost per hour. Customers pay for the service in fixed, monthly installments, in advance of the service. This way, you can easily budget your cleaning costs and set up an automatic payment system.

This gives you great flexibility to dial in extra hours or sessions. If you suspend cleaning, your unused hours are still there when you resume.

Commercial and institutional customers may apply for a credit account. Charge accounts are billed every 2 weeks and are subject to a !0% surcharge on the published rates.

Please Note:

The customer agrees to pay an administration fee of $100.00 to activate an account and to be placed on the wait list. This fee is non-refundable should the Customer terminate this agreement before the first month of service is complete.  In the second month of service, the fee shall be applied towards the payment for that month.

  • Advise you as to the status of the current waiting list (waits typically range from 2 to 8 weeks - large weekly accounts usually take longer to place, as do Suburban accounts)

  • set up temporary service, if a permanent slot is not immediately available.

  • Process the administration fee via credit card.

When we have located a permanent spot for you, we will contact you to:

  • Review your job routine and time requirements. If you require extra time on the first visit (most homes do), we will arrange this with you, as well.
  • Arrange all security codes and keys as necessary.

  • Complete the service agreement and monthly payment arrangements
