Payment Options

With Windsor, the more hours per session you purchase, the lower the cost per hour. Customers pay for the service in fixed, monthly instalments, in advance of the service.  This way, you can easily budget your cleaning costs and set up an automatic payment system such as:

  • Pre-authorized Cheques 

  • Internet Banking

  • Post-dated Cheques

   

  This gives you great flexibility to dial in extra hours or sessions. If you suspend cleaning, your unused hours are still there when you resume.

Commercial and institutional customers may apply for a credit account. Credit accounts are billed every 2 weeks and are subject to a 10% surcharge on the published rates.


 

Price Stability Policy

Regular customers enjoy a protected hourly rate that is guaranteed for the length of your service agreement (maximum term of 52 weeks).


Suspension of Service

Customers may suspend the service at any time, for any reason. An advance notice of 2 business days must be given, or the customer could be charged for the next cleaning session. If a customer suspends for an extended period of time, Windsor  will hold the same spot with the same cleaner for up to six continuous weeks.


Renewal of Service

Service agreements renew automatically at prevailing rates when the agreed upon term of weeks expires.


Cancellation of Service

Either Windsor or the Customer may cancel this agreement at any time with two week’s notice.  The balance of the account shall be determined by calculating the actual hours of cleaning consumed times the hourly rate, less payments to date.  A debit balance shall be paid by the Customer, a credit balance shall be refunded by Windsor. Administration fees are not refunded. Please refer to our  Service Agreement .
